Improved Visibility and Control for Multiple Suppliers in Flight Orders

Managing Flight Orders with multiple suppliers is now more transparent and controlled for both airlines and caterers.

Airline users can track which suppliers have completed their review of a Flight Order, with clear insight into progress before the order moves forward.

Access to Flight Order data is now consistently enforced at the supplier level, ensuring caterers only see data for their assigned supplier and airport, including Food Items, Ground Services, and associated costs, without access to data from other suppliers.

Finally, each supplier can review and submit their part of the order independently, without affecting others. This gives airlines full visibility into supplier progress and ensures the order only moves forward once all inputs are submitted or the airline takes action.

Manual Passenger Changes in Flight Orders

Flight operations don’t always match what’s in the booking system. Last‑minute changes, special meal requests, or operational adjustments often require quick updates, and LimeFlight now makes this easier.

With the new Manual Passenger Changes workflow, airlines can update passenger data directly within Flight Order details. You can adjust values for Regular meals, Pre‑Ordered meals, and SPMLs, review and comment on changes, and notify stakeholders if needed before submitting. Once a manual change is applied, automatic updates from the booking system are paused so your adjustments remain in place. Meal quantities are updated accordingly, and a full version history provides clear visibility into what was changed and why.

This helps ensure accurate meal provisioning, reduces unnecessary waste, and supports confidence that each flight is catered correctly, even when plans change.

One‑Click Flight Order PDF Export

LimeFlight already provides airlines with a real‑time, always-up-to-date view of every Flight Order, but there are times when teams still need a clean, shareable snapshot for coordination or for external partners. To support this, we’ve introduced a new one‑click PDF Export, allowing users to generate a PDF of a Flight Order instantly. This change makes it effortless for airlines to share the exact information they see in LimeFlight, improving communication, reducing manual work, and making everyday operations smoother for everyone involved.

Flight Orders, Now Easier to Navigate

We know not everyone wants to scroll through every single Flight Order just to find the one they need. So we’ve cleaned things up. Open Orders and In Review Orders now sit in their own tabs, following the natural flow of the OrderManagement module: Open → In Review → Closed → Purchase Orders.

Each tab shows only what’s relevant for that stage, meaning fewer filters, fewer clicks, and no more digging through information that isn’t for you.

The result is a smoother, clearer, faster experience that helps you get to the right Flight Order without any fuss.
