We’re pleased to announce that we released a new version of LimeFlight.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

  NEW   Default Load Factors

You can now define a Default Load Factor for each Travel Class in LimeFlight (Settings --> Platform --> Default Load Factors). This Default Load Factor gets applied for every flight where NO passenger forecast has been provided via the external interface. Important: Your defined Default Load Factors will be overwritten as soon as your external system is sending passenger figures (via API) to LimeFlight. 

Just make sure you defined a default Aircraft Registration for each Aircraft Type (Settings --> Platform --> Aircraft Type) and the default cabin configuration for each Aircraft Registration (Settings --> Platform --> Aircraft Registration).

NEW BETA Route Optimization: Uplifting Scenarios

You are now able to set your Uplifting Scenario detection preference in Settings --> Route Optimization ->  Uplifting Scenario Preferences. As soon as you defined your preference, the calculated Uplifting Scenarios will be directly displayed in the Flight Gantt View (grey boxes).

Additionally, we implemented the following enhancements and bug fixes;

• fix Flight Gantt view using wrong "Departure" date and time 
• fix Fixed "Replace By" bug in Material Catalog

We are happy to announce that the Weight Analysis report of the LoadPlanning module is now able to monitor Total Max Capacity Weights! 

new Track Total Max Capacity Weights 

Thanks to the new Total Max Capacity Weight field in the Galley Positions feature of Plane Layouts you are now able to distinguish between single capacity weights and total capacity weights. Therefore, the Weight Analysis report will now apply the Total Max Capacity Weight whenever a Galley Position is filled with a Component that uses two localities (e.g. Full-Size Carts).

Be aware that for any Galley Position that is filled with a single-sized Component (e.g. Half-Size Cart) the Single Max Weight field will be applied.

Additionally, we implemented the following enhancements and bug fixes;

• improvement Define your maximum weights in kg rather than g (use decimal if needed)
• FIX * Fixed Gantt view tooltip too big * Fixed Gantt view duration display

Another day, another fantastic release of a new LimeFlight feature;

new Transfer Orders Import

It is now possible to create Transfer Orders from an Excel file. Just generate the Excel template directly in LimeFlight, fill out the necessary fields and upload the complete file to LimeFlight again. This is especially helpful if you haven't connected your Order Management system to LimeFlight yet or you receive Transfer Order requests (e.g. from your Stock Location) via Excel. 

Additionally, we added a new column "Quantity to order" in the Stock Count Excel export to allow your Stock Locations to directly fill in the requested amount in this Excel file and send it to you.

We are very excited to announce that we just implemented the new Flight Schedule Gantt view for your Flight Schedule;

new BETA PF: Flight Gantt View

 This powerful new visualization of your Flight Schedule enables you to:

• Immediately gather real-time information of your flights (e.g. "now needle", delays and remarks)
• Easily follow the line of work of every single aircraft in your fleet
• Zoom in to focus on particular aircrafts; zoom out to overview the entire schedule; drag and pan the schedule to move to new dates 
• Improve productivity by using powerful shortcuts (e.g. Space to return to start point)
• Quickly look at the relevant flight information by clicking on a flight:

Additionally, we implemented the following enhancements;

Password Login

• There is a new "Remember Me" checkbox in the first login screen which enables you to save your email address for upcoming logins
  

  
• If you want to change your username you can always use the new "Change user" link

SSO Login

• After checking the new "Remember Me" checkbox in the first login view you will get automatically redirected to your SSO login provider whenever LimeFlight needs to reauthenticate you
• The logout functionality does NOT sign you out from your SSO login provider anymore

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available;

new PF: Overall Flight Filter

You are now able to remove unnecessary flights from LimeFlight (like maintenance flights) even if they have been sent from an external system. Just make use of the new configuration in Settings → Platform → Overall Flight Filter.

newALPHAPF: Route Optimization Airport Settings

You now have the possibility to define minimum ground times required to do uplifting and maximum ground times allowed to do double catering for each airport. This configuration parameters will later be used to outline inflight service requirements for every flight.

We have also released some other improvements;

• improvement LP: Increased point size of the galley location in the Loading Inventory screen and ensuring that multiple points can be visible

• fix IM: Ensure that Create Stock Count is not sent multiple times
