The following features and enhancements are now available;

NEW Stock Count Users Identifier 

It was very laborious for contributors to find out which users have the authorization to perform a Stock Count at a location. Now contributors can see which users have permission directly in the Stock Count Overview.

new Meal Order Notification

Sometimes it's nice to be able to notify other users when a Meal Order has been updated, and now you can! When you update a Meal Order, you can now select the people you want to notify, and LimeFlight does the rest. Notifying users directly in LimeFlight makes life easier for everyone. But don't worry if you still want to use the "Update Order" button; it is still there.

Sometimes you want to view Weight Reports by Loading Position, other times by Loading Area. For this reason, you can now group Loading Positions into Loading Areas so that you can quickly find a summary of the information you need.

new  RouteOptimization Gantt View Filter

RouteOptimization's Gantt view can be a little intimidating with so much flight information. That's why we've added a dynamic filter to make it easier for you to find the information you want.

new  Clearer Run Out Dates

It was a little difficult to see which items were about to run out in a sea of information. So we've added colors to clarify which items are running low. Now you can quickly look through the material lists and be sure you won't miss anything.

new  Larger Scrolling Bar

You asked for it, and we delivered - the scrolling bar is now larger to help you keep your bearings.

Sometimes you want a little more information but don't need to contact support. The support widget now offers context-based article suggestions and allows you to search LimeFlight's knowledge base without leaving the application.

NEW  Faster Stock Count Loading

You've been a little bored waiting for the stock list and detail views to load. We have shortened the loading time, so now you can continue your work effortlessly.

new  Shorter Route to Item Types

Creating new Item Types when adding Master Food Items and Master Items was frustrating. We've made it easier by now, making it possible to create Item Types while adding Master Food Items and Master Items.

new  Improved Special Meal Descriptions

When ordering special meals, it was a bit confusing to remember what was ordered and what was not. So we've added some helpful descriptions to help you remember what's on each list.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

NEW Filter Operators

The impressive filter mechanism of LimeFlight just become even more powerful! You now have the possibility to control which operators (AND/OR) are being used in the filter. This enables you to define even more complex filters and improve your existing, dynamic business rules.

NEWTime Range Filters

You now have the possibility to use “Time Range” filters in LimeFlight which enables you to search for specific time ranges regardless of the date. This is especially helpful if you are searching for flights between a specific time range of the day (for example all flights between 13:00 and 16:00 no matter what date).

We’re pleased to announce that we released a new version of LimeFlight.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

  NEW   Default Load Factors

You can now define a Default Load Factor for each Travel Class in LimeFlight (Settings --> Platform --> Default Load Factors). This Default Load Factor gets applied for every flight where NO passenger forecast has been provided via the external interface. Important: Your defined Default Load Factors will be overwritten as soon as your external system is sending passenger figures (via API) to LimeFlight. 

Just make sure you defined a default Aircraft Registration for each Aircraft Type (Settings --> Platform --> Aircraft Type) and the default cabin configuration for each Aircraft Registration (Settings --> Platform --> Aircraft Registration).

NEW BETA Route Optimization: Uplifting Scenarios

You are now able to set your Uplifting Scenario detection preference in Settings --> Route Optimization ->  Uplifting Scenario Preferences. As soon as you defined your preference, the calculated Uplifting Scenarios will be directly displayed in the Flight Gantt View (grey boxes).

Additionally, we implemented the following enhancements and bug fixes;

• fix Flight Gantt view using wrong "Departure" date and time 
• fix Fixed "Replace By" bug in Material Catalog

We are happy to announce that the Weight Analysis report of the LoadPlanning module is now able to monitor Total Max Capacity Weights! 

new Track Total Max Capacity Weights 

Thanks to the new Total Max Capacity Weight field in the Galley Positions feature of Plane Layouts you are now able to distinguish between single capacity weights and total capacity weights. Therefore, the Weight Analysis report will now apply the Total Max Capacity Weight whenever a Galley Position is filled with a Component that uses two localities (e.g. Full-Size Carts).

Be aware that for any Galley Position that is filled with a single-sized Component (e.g. Half-Size Cart) the Single Max Weight field will be applied.

Additionally, we implemented the following enhancements and bug fixes;

• improvement Define your maximum weights in kg rather than g (use decimal if needed)
• FIX * Fixed Gantt view tooltip too big * Fixed Gantt view duration display

Another day, another fantastic release of a new LimeFlight feature;

new Transfer Orders Import

It is now possible to create Transfer Orders from an Excel file. Just generate the Excel template directly in LimeFlight, fill out the necessary fields and upload the complete file to LimeFlight again. This is especially helpful if you haven't connected your Order Management system to LimeFlight yet or you receive Transfer Order requests (e.g. from your Stock Location) via Excel. 

Additionally, we added a new column "Quantity to order" in the Stock Count Excel export to allow your Stock Locations to directly fill in the requested amount in this Excel file and send it to you.
