We are happy to announce that the final updates for the RouteOptimization module have been successfully delivered.
 
Here is an overview of the changes made:

new Catering Intervention Schedule

We understand the importance of having the correct information at the right time, especially regarding interventions or uplifts for aircraft. To make this process more efficient and user-friendly, we have introduced the Caterer Intervention Schedule. This new feature replaces the traditional method of reviewing countless flights for information by displaying only flights that require uplifts, along with their Meal and Loading Products. Additionally, you can view the entire line of work for the aircraft, including an uplift-specific Gantt view, to determine where and when the plane will be touched.

New Meal Product Uplift Restrictions

The RouteOptimization Gantt view now displays the information and criteria that prevent a flight from needing a Meal Product uplift. This information helps users understand the uplift scenarios and make adjustments to the Minimum Meal Product Uplift Range setting.

New Dynamic Filters Added

The Catering Intervention Schedule now also features Dynamic Filters, which allow you to quickly and efficiently sort through information.

IMPROVEMENT Performance

We have improved the performance of the RouteOptimization Gantt View and the Uplift Intervention Schedule. Now you can have an overview of the required information faster, ensuring the right Meal and Loading Products reach every flight.

We've significantly improved the filter's workflow, reducing the number of clicks required to access your needed information. Additionally, we've enhanced the select dropdown to make it more user-friendly, especially for multi-selects. And for those who love using the date picker feature, we've also made some improvements.

new Reinstate Deactivated Users  

Sometimes, users who have been removed from the User Management System may return. Because we understand that not all goodbyes are permanent, we have made it easy for you to reinstate a User or an Organizational User quickly. You won't have to rely on support to bring them back anymore.

IMPROVEMENT Updated Meal Service Table

We made some changes to the Meal Service Table to make your life easier. We added a new column that shows the date and author of each update or creation. Plus, we added the dynamic filter to help you search and sort through the list. Now you can easily see who added each Meal Service and filter through the information—making it a breeze to find what you need.

improvement Updated Meal Service Export

Exporting a Meal Service could take a while, and it was unclear that the information was coming. So, we have improved the retrieval time and added a loading indicator to show progress. This means that you won't be waiting long for the Meal Service information and can now see it is coming.

We’re pleased to announce that we released a new version of the LimeFlight MobileApp.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

new Clearer Exchange Type Information

Crew members using the Galley Plan feature in the MobileApp needed help distinguishing between the different Exchange Types. So, we updated the feature to include clearer Exchange Type information. Clearer information means users can now easily differentiate between the different Exchange Types, with color-coded digital galley representations and Item indicators. As a result, users can now easily identify any Exchange Type with a glance and make informed decisions quickly.

improvement Updated Item Details Screen

The item details screen on the MobileApp was a bit dull and didn't contain enough information. So we redesigned the screen, improved the image size, and added some extra information to help the crew and caterers. For example, information such as the item number and Exchange Type is now displayed, giving users a comprehensive overview of relevant information.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

new Previous Flight Filter

Setting Loading and Meal Allocations based on future flight attributes did not provide a holistic approach to assigning meal and load plans to flights. Therefore, we added the Previous Flight Filter so that you can now set the Flight Filter based on past flight attributes. So now you can consider both the future and the past when setting Loading and Meal Allocations.

improvement Matching Flight Filters

Having two similar processes (Meal and Loading Allocations) with different filter styles was disruptive. Therefore, to make life easier, we made both filters the same—including Cabin Configuration. So now, when you use the Flight Filter, it doesn't matter which feature you are in because they are both the same.

improvement Simpler Detail View Navigation

It was difficult to see what information had a detail view, and accessing the view (if you could find it) meant leaving the main screen and losing your flow. Therefore, we have highlighted the information with a detail view across the entire application with a special field and added the possibility of opening it in a new tab. So now you can find the information you need, right-click on it and open it in a new tab without interrupting your flow.

fix Master Items List

Some browsers were not impressed with the long list of Master Items when displaying "All" and would crash, making it quite tricky. Therefore, we fixed this problem so that users can safely click "View All" without fearing a browser crash.

The following features and enhancements are now available;

new Automatically Fill Booking Figures

It was tedious to enter the same figures as the booked numbers above. That's why we've added a button that takes care of this and speeds up the ordering process so you can get back to other vital tasks.

new Indicate Latest Order 

Sometimes it was challenging to find out when an order was last updated. That's why we added this information to the bottom of the Meal Order and even went a step further by indicating who made the update.

New Easy Access Flight Information

Returning to the Flight Dashboard to access the flight information when viewing Meal Orders was a pain. That's why we added the flight information popover to the Meal Orders. As a result, you can now access all the flight information without losing your flow. 

NEW Open Meal Order in a New Tab

Setting up filters and searches for Meal Orders is time-consuming, and it's annoying when the settings get lost when you open an order. That's why we made it possible to open the Meal Order in a new tab - right-click on the order number and save yourself the time of setting those annoying filters.

When adding a Meal Service Policy, switching pages to create a Meal Service Type was time-consuming. So, we added the "Create Meal Service Type" button to speed things up. Now it's faster and easier to create a Meal Service Policy. 

improvement Faster Meal Order Load Time

It was a bit boring waiting for the Meal Orders to load. So, we made it faster. Now you spend less time waiting and have more time for other tasks.

fix Improved Search in the Knowledge Base

The support widget didn't always provide the best suggestions for articles in the knowledge base. That's why we've improved the contextual search so that the correct information is immediately available.

new Shorter Route to Courses and Food Item Types

When adding or editing a Meal Service Policy, switching between pages to add a course and Food Item Types was cumbersome. We have eliminated this inconvenience, and it is now possible to directly create courses and Food Item Types when adding a Meal Service Policy. This improvement makes life easier by eliminating the need to switch between pages and reducing the time needed for data entry.

new Caterer User Stock Counts

It was a bit confusing for Supplier Users to find the count to fill out from a long list of Stock Counts. We've simplified this by reducing the list to show only the Stock Counts the Caterer User needs to fill out. Now it is much faster to find the correct stock count.

new Stock Recount List

Filling out a Stock Recount was a bit frustrating for Supplier Users who had to scroll through the entire list of materials and determine which ones required a recount. We have now changed this so Supplier Users only see the materials that need recounting. But don't worry if you are a Contributor. We've added a button so you can also have the same view.
